I’ve seen the deleted scenes included and some are among my favorite bits that we shot. As true Stooge aficionados, Chris Diamantopoulos, Sean Hayes and I were constantly pitching the Farrelly brothers variations on classic Stooge bits as well as new routines that Pete and Bob were always open to shoot. It’s great to see some of the bits that didn’t make the final cut featured in the extras.
I hope you’ll buy three or four copies for yourself and anywhere between sixty to seventy copies for your family and friends. I’m not sure if Amazon has a discount bulk rate but maybe poke around there a little bit and see what’s what.
If you have any doubts that you should be buying no fewer than two or three hundred copies of this movie, please read these fantastic reviews from Entertainment Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, The Los Angeles Times and The New York Times (who made it a Critics’ Pick).
I hope you’ll enjoy watching it upwards of one thousand times. Once for each copy you purchase.
But seriously, all joking aside, buy so so many of these.
